Topa Topa Syrah - 2017

Deep purple colored; exhibits aromas of milk chocolate, dark cherry, vanilla bean and spice.  More fruit-forward on the palate with bing cherry, creamy chocolate, spice, vanilla and smoke on the palate.  Full-bodied with a fruity, lightly peppered finish.  Pair this with a nice juicy seared New York Strip or hearty herb roasted chicken. Our veggie loving friends should try this wine out with some marinated grilled portabellas or thickly sliced grilled eggplant - yum!
