Pink Moment Rose Syrah - 2022

Deep pink in the glass; a swirl of wild strawberries and white pepper aromas fill the nose.  Semi-dry on the palate with a gentle acidity.  Refreshing fruit flavors of ripe strawberry, and dried cherries with hints of soft vanilla make way for a smooth clean finish.  Serve this wine chilled, or for a more intense flavor experience open a bottle and let it warm slightly before serving.  Grill or smoke up some fresh salmon with crisp asparagus and pour a glass or our “pink wonder”.
