Cabernet Sauvignon - 2021

Deep garnet color in the glass, with rich aromas of cherry, dark chocolate and a hint or pepper.  Deep, smooth mouth feel with dark plum and black cherry flavors on the palate, complimented with warm toasted vanilla and touch of smooth, smoky oak. A slightly lingering hint of smoke and freshly cracked pepper on the finish.  Pair with a seared steak topped with balsamic glaze and gorgonzola crumbles. Or pair with some fire grilled skewers loaded up with onion, mushrooms, red peppers & marinated eggplant.
